We build web applications for businesses that run on them daily, and we keep
running them afterwards. Most of our work is systems that a team uses all day —
where a small annoyance repeated two hundred times is the whole problem.

What we build

Reservation and customer systems for hospitality

Multi-branch booking systems for restaurants and venues: taking reservations
from guests online and from staff at the desk, holding capacity correctly when
two people book the same table at the same moment, keeping a customer history
across branches, and giving managers a view of the night that matches what is
actually happening on the floor.

Customer messaging

Campaign and transactional messaging over SMS and the Meta platforms, with the
parts that are easy to skip and expensive to skip: consent recorded per channel,
opt-outs honoured permanently, and a record of what was sent to whom.

Integrations

Connecting systems that were never designed to talk to each other — payment
providers, messaging gateways, accounting packages, and whatever a client
already depends on.

Support and hosting

We host and maintain what we build. Backups, updates, monitoring, and a person
who answers when something breaks.

How we build

• Boring technology on purpose. Well-understood tools with
  long support horizons, so a system is maintainable in five years by someone
  who did not write it.
• Your data stays yours. We will export it in a usable format
  whenever you ask, including if you are leaving.
• Written down. Decisions are documented alongside the code,
  because the expensive question is never “what does this do” — it is “why is
  it like this”.
• Tested where it counts. Particularly the paths that would
  fail silently: money, capacity, and anything touching customer records.

Every project starts with a written proposal covering scope, timeline, price and
what happens after launch. We charge for the build and for ongoing support
separately, so you can see what each costs.
