If you wish to exchange your current hosting plan for a different one (upgrade or downgrade), you may do so at any time through your client area or by contacting our support team. The price difference will be calculated on a pro-rata basis:
Exchange requests for web development services should be discussed with your assigned project manager before any changes are made to the project scope.
To request a refund, please submit a support ticket through your client area or contact us via the Contact Us page. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
